We invest in a stud welding machine

We´ve got a c-controlled stud welding machine for a couple of weeks now. It can weld studs and sockets with diawmeters up to 10mm and a lengh up to 40mm with high precission and fully automatic.

In this way, bolts and bushings, e.g. in signs and front panels made of aluminum, stainless steel and brass. The system has high-precision control options and a welding accuracy of 0.01 mm in the X and Y axes. All welding parameters can be stored via a connected computer with special software and can be reproduced at any time if necessary.

Overall, thanks to its accuracy, the machine ensures a reduction of possible complaints to 0% and thus an increase in customer satisfaction. In addition, this results in faster throughput times and thus more cost-effective production.
